Was excited to read the story especially since the art style is beautiful, but I couldn’t get into reading the main couples story because of the gang rape scene.
I hate when authors add rape scenes that don’t add anything to the characters story or to the storyline itself. It seemed like they added that rape scene just because they wanted to see the Yoosung suffer. That scene added nothing to the actual plot itself especially since it was sweeped under the rug and wasn’t talked about enough. Plus them having sex after Yoonsung was raped was just awful. Also the author drawing the side couple kissing then cutting to yoonsung getting raped did not sit right with me.
If you’re gonna add sensitive/dark topics like sa and rape, make sure u actually write about what happens after people get raped or sa. Too many authors just write about it happening and not thinking about how it affects the characters and how they develop from that traumatic incident.
I also think the author wanted to explore deeper and make it more darker especially with the idea of recessive omega x alpha, but ultimately failed because of how short the story is with 50 chapters
