I was literally here before 20+ chapters and when some of us were desperately waiting for more chapters and checking for updates like everyday (at least I did lol, I was obsessed!!!)
This manhwa deserves all the flowers!!! The plot is unique and very interesting, the characters all have different personalities and cool styles, the theme / story was written perfectly and really made us see the perspectives of ML & MC at the same time for just a fast season 1! Like it literally did so good in many ways!
And for those who already judged it earlier on, I still don’t understand that, because people were trying to make it out that Mr. Liu was going to be “toxic” all because he got more interested in MC because MC is his favorite painter, I don’t quite see a issue with that because it’s not like in the beginning of the story ML didn’t seem interested already.. and of course he’ll be more curious! Especially given the fact he’s been looking for MC for years because of the painting he touched ML heart with, like Mr. Liu told his mother and everything. I just feel like Mr. Liu finding the artist part about Seo Yeehyeon was a push for him to actually express his feelings and less cold side to yeehyeon, but obviously feelings develop more in that process so it was only natural. Also Mr. Lou isn’t forcing yeehyeon to go back to art / drawing immediately, he’s giving him time to think and considerate it as well.
Furthermore, this is a 10/10 read so far and I genuinely will never understand the critics at the beginning but this is a masterpiece! I’m also glad because people have stated the actual NOVEL is even better and beautifully written! I’ll have to check it out, I can’t wait for season 2 as I know it’ll be epic!!!
