i dislike romance with a passion, the boy x girl kind, because ive seen that plot a million times and it is so predictable
unrequented love i can handle, but if they become a couple (main boy and a girl) i cant read
it was really out of nowhere, the wording is an essential part of communication online so that people actually understand the intent behind it. had you worded it in a complete different way, there would be no misunderstanding. the way you worded it, not meaning the way it actually came off, was definitely something along the lines of a defense on your part. like another person besides me, and plus my brother beside me, had been like, "what the hell is this persons problem? it's preference"
Plus, even slight romance, despite it being a good manga, i cannot bring myself to read it. one sided and unrequented love i am able to handle, but i like my characters detached from one another, just been around too many relationship depending shows and mangas, that i had grown tired of it, so savign myself the effort and sadly avoiding it is what i am going to do until the relationship of the characters is canonly claimed to be one sided on one of the two ends of the boy and girl

I think, the love in this manga more likely just admiring someone... The main character , Asta, is idolized by many of his friends , boys or girls. Because he is kind , strong, and etc. I dont think asta will have a real love relationship, because his occupied with his goal to be the most powerful. And he treats every friend of his equally with care. Even if there is love, maybe will happened to side character, and it wont described very much, just light relationship.
