This is off topic but can I get some help. Like how do you add comment to a manhwa page like this. I have seen and I am only able to reply to other comments and I don't really see a button or option where I can post direct comment and not reply..

At the bottom of the page, is there an option that says, "Start a topic about...." then the option to fill out some boxes and to post?
