I love Garam so much for standing up for himself. He knows what he needs and wants to hear from Heejae, and if Heejae has to learn the hard way or not learn at all, so be it. I envy Garam’s perspective of self importance in his relationship with Heejae. Garam knows his own music’s worth and he knows his own soul’s worth, and getting Heejae to see that for himself seems impossible, but Garam keeps trying.
