I bet the Mc probably knew the ML’s brother (maybe even was in love with him or they had any sort of friendship/rivalry type of relationship). Which for sure will trigger jealousy and anger on our ML because he seems to hate his brother! I have no idea either, just what i’ve been thinking so far.
