He hasn't given Kay any reason for him to love him.....at all. Brutally raped him, impregnate without consent and coerced/forced him to have a sexual relationship, in an awful power dynamic. HOW CAN YOU GUY BLAME KAY FOR ANYTHING?? He's a victim, forced in to a relationship where the only thing he has power over is his will to decide to not say "I love you" even if it was a lie. And that's the thing I actually like, Kay hasn't been miraculously falling in love through the abuse, he just gotten gradually used to the crazy and gotten depressed/conform to his situation, dealing with his fear, dependency and tendency seek for any tenderness from ML, 3 years and he's not head over heels but slowing figuring out this life.
