To him he js wanted to make Yeomin's life easier and the only way that can happen is by throwing money. If yeomin doesn't like it, it's his character. When the gangster weren't playing fair to begin with, u can win by playing fair either.

I think this actually makes sense for Taeseo's character. He doesn't like to be bothered with things he thinks are irrelevant, he doesn't communicate with Yeomin and he mostly ignores Yeomin's ramblings. He's treated him like a toy this whole time. He also gets everything he wants - with force, money and subterfuge. Their 'relationship' only works if what he wants is what Yeomin wants.
He's always been this way. He's an immovable object. It's thanks to all this that he simply went behind Yeomin's back. But he's simply slammed right into another immovable object in Yeomin. Something's got to give.
