The Omega wants to get away from the Alpha the whole time he even joined the military to escape him only for the Alpha to force his way back into his life after the Omega is back and turn things into a "friends with benefits" situation and keep him as a sex partner to keep going forcing is way into him and then there's that doctor who wants them to keep sleeping together because of some reason
The Alpha talking so great about the fwb between them in front of the Omega and treating the Omega like a toy I honestly don't get why some people were annoyed that he lied about his pregnancy and the fact that the alpha is the father? Honestly I would lie too if I were treated the same way as that omega and I wouldn't even be able to have an abortion because I’d feel like I was killing a baby even if I’d gotten pregnant against my will and regret it if I have an abortion so why should he show consideration for the Alpha when the Alpha doesn't show any for the Omega??
For him being honest about this means giving the Alpha even more reasons to keep the Omega connected to him which leads to stronger dependency and more difficulty breaking free from him
