Alright, I'm at chapter 68. So the story goes: our male lead (ML) doesn't want to marry the female lead (FL) because he's afraid her life will be in danger. Now, here's the thing, gents: every married couple in this world gets married, and it's a man's job to protect his woman—that's how it is for everyone. That's called commitment. When kids come along, those commitments grow even more. That's totally normal; that's what being an adult is. When you run away and send the princess (FL) back, it just means you're being irresponsible. In the real world, it's the equivalent of just being too lazy to take on commitment. That's all it is. It's just made to look dramatic in this story. Whatever. It's just an excuse. Coward. A man like this has no balls. Marriage is a massive responsibility, and he just doesn't want to carry that load. Hilarious. Then there's the scene where the ML's subordinate blames the ML for saving the FL from the empress. He said it's because his own fiancée died in the past after the ML told him to prioritize work. Now, the ML is ignoring his duties to save the FL, so it seems unfair, right? But from my perspective, I think that subordinate is just stupid. When your fiancée was about to die, why did you listen to the ML? Sure, he's the boss, but you have a brain, don't you? Just disobey the boss's (ML's) orders, haha, who cares if you get punished! You claimed it was love, but you followed the rules, and now look at you. Regretting it. And then you blame others when you were the coward who just blindly followed orders. Look at the ML—he broke the rules. . Now that's a real man. Screw the rules. Be a man. Have the courage to face the consequences.(๑•ㅂ•)و✧
But don't get me wrong, haha, I'm not complaining ( ̄ε(# ̄)Σ—I'm thoroughly enjoying this story! I give it 5 stars because it's so good. ٩(๑❛ᴗ❛๑)۶ It's just that I really like commenting on every single scene in the stories I read, mainly because I really immerse myself in them.ヾ(❀╹◡╹)ノ~ I really enjoy it. So you guys should definitely read it. Recommended. Love it!(づ ̄ ³ ̄)づ
