Tbh I really can't tell. I was also dismayed and disgusted when I saw that, but then MC woke up fully clothed and seemed completely fine, so for now I'm assuming it really was just a dream. If it shows otherwise I'll stop reading

I haven't read the novel but according to my theory it was the MC having dreams related to his crush... Ye the timing was absurd but it was the first time he imagined someone with him other than his crush which really took him out... They never went in deep to explain it though.
Wait, is that an actual rape scene right in the middle of Chap8. Nooooooooooo, I was so into this. So many green flags, even with evil big brother vibe, I liked him.
I just told him, that I would keep liking him if he did not rape the MC, and suddenly BAAM rape scene.
