Well, i honestly just stayed because of the beautiful art and the second to be couple lol. I think i've read something more toxic than this so i'd said the toxicity is in the middle. But watch out if you had a high blood pressure, because the mc and ml well-- we can say one is a stoopid lovesick with hero complex and one is a stoopid jerk ╮(￣▽￣)╭
At least they communicate in the latest chapters even if that's not how human communicate normally...
