The sad thing is….based of his illness. I think she’s better off with the black haired ml…i also think he suits her the most of the mls. Because she doesn’t realize he does like her and they’re both young so a time skip with probably come and workout even better for both of them. Also her not being married to him might’ve been part of the reason for her death, in the previous life. Which will correct the past and the present and her future to the outcome that always was supposed to happen.
