I mean the niece mother is not even that nice so idk why mc cherish her so much like she is indebt to her. The niece mother basically also selfish and choose herself first lol

Can you spoil me the details? I read all the 31 chaps but I do find the plot strange. My finger hurts from scrolling so quickly because many scenes were boring.
It felt like the niece really liked her aunt, but then she just has anger issues and speak so badly of her? And why would she go back in time anyway? Just to spite on her aunt and try to steal her man? How does it end for the niece and FL? Also what's with the promise FL made to the dead sister and why does the sister looks eerie in some panels?
So many questions

Well I think the author trying to make the niece’s grudge to make sense by saying she is genuinely think aunt is all she has so she get attached to her.

Think about it if you were born motherless. Your aunt acting like your mother figured plus spoiled you. I think you somehow get attached to her. But the problem is the niece is very selfish and immature person. It’s like… the author made her character complex at first then stopped once the plot moving. on the 1st life that we are now she just doesnt want her aunt to get married I guess it’s because no one will spoiled her like her of she gone married someone else. Then it’s happened, she is not happy with her marriage and managed to drag her aunt (while she is pregnant) with her so she can reverse the time….

And so one like trying to snatch everything from her aunt.


For her mother cases, it basically a biggest mystery of the story I guess. It’s why fl’s sister died. I will not spoiled all in case you wanna enjoy reading it. But, it’s not a car accident. It involved magic where two sisters choose who will be alive which her sister ( who herself and saying she wants to be the one who is alive while choosing fl to die lol. But the magic kinda reversed and turned out fl lives because niece’s mom is selfish and it kinda backfired. She regretted choosing herself to live and leaving fl behind (their age ape is very big since the niece and fl are only 5 years apart)

So they are all selfish the mother and the daughter (the nieces) bruhhh. And before her sister died she asked mc to take care of her children so that’s why she keep her promise.

I dont think any of this is making sense idk. It’s unreasonable and not really coherent… i keep questioning mc choices… it’s like author trying to jave dynamic villain but very flat.

I feel the same way as remarried empress too ;(

However, it’s not like it’s unreadable. You can enjoy reading it but I guess you will keep getting frustrated like I am. I basically read this story before bed just to wind down I think….

Honestly I was only interested if the niece had depth because I liked that she genuinely cared for her aunt (when she becomes sick, the niece cried a lot and stayed up all night to take care of that). But with what you said, it sounds like her character just falls flat, and that's what I was worried about to be honest...

I would have genuinely enjoyed a plot around the niece with attachment and separation anxiety, but if she just ends up a "villain" then it's kinda boring

It’s a shame ! I love when villains are smart and reasonable especially the main villain. You can read more spoilers on novel update spoiler threads. I think people would explain the full summary more coherently than I was lol. I personally dont like when villains are girl tbh especially in shoujo genre.
