Jaekyung wouldnt have done anything unless Kim dan agreed to the deal, and even in the first intimate scene kim dan literally did give consent, their whole deal was consented and known by Kim dan, yes it was incredibly toxic, but honestly more CNC than rape. Except with the doctor that harassed Kim dan, but he was a bad guy and they literally handled him so, that was taken care of accordingly

i personally think everyones judging and shitting on this way too much. Even if they dont like it there are better ways to say it. Personally i think the author did good, creating a story and its art is extremely difficult (i know ive tried) and i think they did really well.
The ending was maybe a bit rushed, but i still loved it and i fear it made me weep ╥﹏╥ The story in itself was great and im in love with the art style! I liked the redemption Jaekyung got, and the rough patches he went through were probably honestly deserved.. Kim Dan didnt deserve to go through all that though :'(
