Also a big flaw I just noticed
Someone says to ml that “someone who looks just like (dead mc’s name) is here and they even act the same” but the story made it seem like mc’s old body was ugly, that was actually his old body’s whole gimmick- be too ugly to get an acting role- But if he was ugly, then how does he look similar to this new body who is supposed to look so beautiful everyone fawns over his face?
Yeah I didn’t know if it was just a funky translation but makes no sense
On one hand, I like it, on the other, it’s a bit typical and generic. MC is a classic ‘no self esteem but talented’ archetype, and it shows. He gets dropped into a pretty body, and all of a sudden he’s the acting god and all of his prior worries disappear. He doesn’t have to worry about money or juggle his personal life and professional life- because as soon as he made it big every worry he had just upped and vanished.
It’s enjoyable, I’ll give it that, but nothing special. It’s a good way to pass the time.
