They are at the very least half brothers through their green eyed father, and i guess his genes just dominated the both which is why they looked like twins...but yeah I think the author wanted to make it clear that they very much were brothers.
I hope we can all agree that they're indeed meant to be twins, but this "twist" (censorship) is just for publishing purposes, lol. Anyway, their child's going to be the most disfigured specimen manhwa has ever seen... Perhaps a King Charles of Spain's Korean look-alike
