It is a "harem" type story if multiple women are interested in him regardless of how he feels about them. And while most of the characters he interacts with are women, it doesn't come off as haremish.
It's only "interested" but not romantically. More like intrigued? This is not harem but more of like a heartbreak story. Hel probably move on from his ex, emperor is out of the question tbh, idk abt julie being able to love deculein too, at least for the time being

Is this harem? So far there's the empress interested with the MC, his ex from another world, and MC's ex fiance in the current timeline. Ugh. I'd hate it if it goes to harem route.
