I am all for ‘naive’ MC etc - I really do not mind most of the time, but, and I do not like to say this… she is stupid. Full-stop. And stupid in a bad way.
Like to say one - you know to need to steer away suspicion from the villain, who is clever and you know that he wants you for your ‘panacea blood’ (or whatever it is lol). So what do you do?
