People will be like..."oh he's infertile, so they can't have kids :("
If they wanted kids they could still have them! Adoption is right there! Don't tell me omegaverse doesn't have adoption, there's probably a bunch of single omegas giving up their children for adoption because they can't afford them/didn't want them.
Anyway...ADOPTION!!!!!!
