In an extra where they appear with the guys from Yoru to Asa, it seems that they keep this relationship where the seme asks the uke to come to his shop to help him. I don't have the link but if I remember well the uke thinks sth along the lines "why can't he be honest and just invite me over like a normal person would".
I remember that the seme is being too close to Yoru to try and make the uke jealous, but it seems uke can see through his lies easier and thinks "Oh, he's doing that on purpose".
So, it seems that, in the end, they kind of keep this ambiguous relationship. I believe (personal opinion) that if the seme asked, uke would give him a second chance smh
