I don't think I can blame the author if he chose for MC to miscarriage atp, bcs he felt that ML wanted to marry him just to take responsibility. I don't even think that ML is aware that he's inlove with MC. I don't think it's healthy for their relationship to start from there. Still hoping they kept the baby tho, bcs it will 100% be an adorable child considering their visuals!!
