It's extremely rare (3 occurrences ever registered) but it has happened, when a twin of one sexe cannibalizes the other twin of the other sexe. It's called a chimeric twin, and it's gross but cool af. So those three people had both functionning sex organs. Tmyk

I'm pretty sure there is not a single Intersex variation where one has both sexes developed the same. He shouldn't be able to squirt through the vagina as the same time as cum from his penis. What I did like was that he's infertile in both directions, but otherwise this is just porn so maybe I shouldn't be surprised
