I already read the novel. So here is a spoiler for you guys since its been a while we didnt get any update.
Haeyul is a bad person. He was the one who considered Jaewon as Yesung's replacement. He had been in the mental ward many times and at the end of it he would try to strangle Jaewon's neck, his goal being to keep Jaewon from being with Dojoon.
I feel bad for Haeyul, because he's been mentally unstable since Yesung's death. He still thinks Dojoon killed Yesung for no reason. He also considers Dojoon a love rival. The reason was because Yesung only called Dojoon to come to the hospital where he was being treated. He was worried about Haeyul's mental state if he died.
Dojoon killed Yesung because Yesung himself requested that his breathing apparatus and medical equipment be removed. Dojoon honored Yesung's request. No one knew about it except Dojoon and Yesung itself.
