I really liked the plot and the main couple, taeman being forced into life as a killer and dahyuk being a manipulative heart throb gave their characters depth that really made me root for them but I could not get over the obnoxious blonde side character who projected all his insecurities onto taeman & dahyuk’s relationship and then almost got them killed; it was annoying enough that i almost stopped reading. he was constantly nagging taeman in the beginning while being in love with the boss, like holy shit how hypocritical can you be?? then fucking up the assassination after being repeatedly told not to do it?? and then he was completely unrepentant and still being a jerk to taeman?? he was a complete sociopath and a pretty good example of people poking their nose in other’s business because they’re too chickenshit to handle their own stuff which is realistic but makes for a frustrating read, i couldn’t even root for the side couple after that, the villains had more chemistry than they did (i almost died laughing when he was holding onto the pink-haired guy’s waist while he was holding the gun). taeman and dahyuk were angels who did not wrong the whole time so blonde guy was a necessary evil to jumpstart the climax but just know if blonde guy has no haters, i’m dead.
