Why is the plot only half plotting? Isn’t Richard Cameron the face of Ryan Wilgrave? Did no one remember what his portrait looked like? Am I missing something?!? They should’ve all lost their shit when they saw him but no… author abandoned original plot (what happened to the nightmares?) in favor of an undercover agent and estranged lover thriller. I honestly loved this from the beginning but when the plot hole became impossible to ignore, it lost whimsy. I’m still reading, but it makes me upset.
