Funny enough, lots of newborns in my family are like that. They tend to have lots of hair as soon as they're born. It is natural as they grow for some to loose it and then immediately regain it back quickly in a very short span of time.
But that's just my family.

My nephew had hair when my little sister gave birth to him. Though, not as full as their baby.
It's totally possible my mom said I did and it was like thick curls
Bruh how did the baby come out with a full head of long hair I know newborn babies can have dense thick hair but what baby comes out the womb with like 3-4 inches
