I'm still confused whether they were actually blood brothers coz it's impossible mom wouldn't recognize her son? (Or pretends not to) and what's with his/her lukewarm reaction in the hospital) anyway I'd just like to think they have different set of parents and one of their parents divorced each other in the past, and that's what made them brothers. Coz I really couldn't feel the biological connection although it was mentioned they were siblings
