Tbh I think Dulan is my favourite character from this manhwa, even though I'm a bit sad his motivations aren't really that well explored. We don't get much insight into his mindset of not wanting things to end etc, I loved how he is fine with doing such horrifying things because he just sees everyone around him and Carryne as his own personal story, the decision to make him a priest is absolutely perfect, from him playing God not only with their lives, but also with how detached he is from them. It doesn't matter how much they suffer as everything will always be reset. I also love how his convictions immediately falter when he is directly involved with the immense suffering he caused (he finds eternity as well), though he simply disguises it as "She forgave me so I need to do well with her", covering his weakness immediately, especially since we know he cannot kill anyone and everytime Carryne dies he kills himself almost immediately. This is also such a good comparison to Raymond, who lives his life fully everytime just to make Carryne's future lives easier, while Dulan, once his "main character" dies, immediately goes on to the next "retelling of the story". I loved the theme of forgiveness around Dulan, Carryne and Raymond. Dulan tells God to forgive them (while he intentionally dooms them eternally) and for him to not be forgiven ( though he reaches peace through death and oblivion of that suffering immediately). The loops are finalised once Dulan is "forgiven" (the same way "God" (Dulan) forgives Carryne and Raymond). Carryne and Raymond finally get their agency not as characters in a story for Dulan to read, but as people on equal standing with him. I really liked the manhwa, it's very good and I definitely recommend it.
