well the ml is a huge green flag,,, in my opinion I really didn't like the part where the ml been treated like that and I don't like the part where the MC is cool about such things,,,,, truthfully I didn't like how there is no redemption arc,,, but in total I love it,,,, it's slow burn and I love the ml,,,,, i just don't understand the MC thought, yes I know what happened to him but well~
