I don't understand why people are hating on Rashta or Navier. I liked both the characters. They were the opposites of each other and had the circumstances been different, I think they could have been great friends. But ngl Rashta is probably the most memorable character of this story.

I also don't understand the sudden changes in Sovieshu's behaviour. Did he really fall in love with Rashta when he first brought her in? Navier isn't the affectionate type, so it makes sense why he felt attracted to Rashta who has a more bubbly personality especially since his marriage was of convenience and keeping mistresses was a norm. But when did he start loosing affection towards Rashta? If his affection was so fickle, why did he humiliate his wife on so many occasions? Did he marry Rashta just to have kids? Did he want Navier back because he genuinely loved her or couldn't bare the thought of her being with another man and birthing his child?

I also didn't fully understand the motivation behind Ergi's actions. What did he get out of driving Rashta to her death?

TBH the men in the story made the least sense to me.

I wonder if the story is more fleshed out in the novel. I read somewhere the novel has a AU where Rashta becomes Navier's lady in waiting. I wonder if they will adapt that as well.

I don't usually read Korean josei/shoujo comics but I liked the concept of rags to riches to rags; riches to oh no to riches lol like most Korean media I've consumed so far, this story doesn't give a happy feeling at the end but rather a bittersweet feeling - of having so many unanswered questions, incomprehensible motivations and actions and Rashta.
