Yeah, Hiroya (ML) left him, and Kouhei (senpai) never really got over it…not until the end of the chapter, when he realized that Hiroya had truly found someone else and was happy. And yes, the senpai is dating someone else now. It’s not Hiroya :)

Ok so this latest ch is confusing. If I understand correctly the ml broke up/left the senpai even though the senpai wanted them to stay together? And now in the present time the senpai is dating someone? The person on the phone? Or was he speaking to the ml?
