Have to stop at 214. The beginning was really interesting with the doctor and martial arts stuff. As the story went on though, the MC barely treated anyone, there were less fight scenes and the absurd number of names you have to remember takes the cherry on top. Each character has two or three names, and there are hundreds of characters in the story. I know this is based on the romance of the three kingdoms story but it's not for me.
