Personal thoughts and feelings: (Note: this is my first thoughts after skimming some eps. I also know the idea of giving our thoughts just through skimming is stupid but I also have reason for it)
The idea is unique but either the execution or the concept is putting me off.
1.) I've never liked kpop survival shows, the only theme like that I read r the ones where it's in modern time and the MC is fighting against the system/trying hard to survive. This is because majority of the time, were seeing MCs pov with him either direct or indirectly helping other contestant who gets their part of the show manipulated. And those stories are in modern time, they know the idea of bad editing unlike this medieval dudes.
So that black haired dude is correct, the knights are still exploited. Am I saying that it's a bad idea? No- but personally, some parts just doesn't suit my taste.
2.) the dialogues cringe me or either there are too many explanations. ╮(￣▽￣)╭ that's why I started skimming. Wouldn't it be nice if the Background stories of this dude's who's participating was hinted here and there and explained it in the peak of their time in the show?
It makes u feel nothing if two important dude's BG was explained very shortly in the same chapter lol.
3.) the King is "powerless" as the people who helped him do the revolution TURNED THEIR BACKS AT HIM due to him stopping slavery among nobles.. right right- so yur telling me u started a revolution with no base power nor loyalty? Skill issue.
