Yes hot take and rightfully. Generative AI translations aren't even accurate and not as in "translation mistake oops" inaccurate but as in "it combined a bunch of inputs and spat out vaguely relevant bs because it doesnt know any better" inaccurate. I would rather someone who spoke elementary korean with choppy ass sentences and shitty typsetting than this. I prefer amateur rudimentary translations MADE BY MAN
As far as inaccuracy goes, I understand it’s not always spot on, but to me at least it’s understandable and coherent.
And idk if it came across this way, but im not a pro ai supporter, I’d prefer these translation to be made by people as well (if only for the sake of accuracy) but since that’s not available, I don’t mind reading ai scans instead… it’s more of a “settling for the next best option” type of situation that I was referring to in my initial post
I’m just happy to get chapters I don’t really care where they come from
