He was bullied in high school and cut his wrists but survived. The entire story is him sleeping with the ML while hiding his past and his feeling until he admits he likes ML after ML finds out about the self harm. ML has a come to Jesus moment when he sees the scars and realizes he also likes the MC. MC is convinced the ML thinks his scars are disgusting and proceeds to avoid ML until the last three chapters where they suddenly reconcile and everything is okay and the story ends lmao
