My partner works out, so I’ve seen firsthand how difficult it can be to get back in shape, even after things have gotten better and the problem itself is already behind you. Building yourself back up takes time, but it’s surprisingly easy to lose the progress you worked so hard for when you stop taking care of your well-being.
