Im thinking they mean to say Arcy short for Arsinoe. Im not even sure which is the correct translation but I usually just go with whatever Jujucats translates

im confused because she has been introduced with her full name several times already in the officially translated version/jujucat (?) and it's clear that the author wanted her to have an ancient greek name typically for royal women from the great houses post alexanders reign ... but ur right, the other translator probably confused arcy with lucy or
deliberately changed it for their own comfort
