There is no cheating (in the sense of sleeping without the partner's knowledge) but they are non-exclusive for a large part of the story, as friends-with-benefits then in an open relationship (Ritsu sleeps with women, Takuya knows it and is fine with it), from what I understand it seems that in the present they are exclusive though.
Tiny glimpses of Ritsu's sex with women are shown but no full sex scene.
basically when they start sleeping together Takuya is just one of Ritsu's partners (he sleeps with various women but keeps sleeping with Takuya for years), as the story develops they keep this non-exclusive relationship but (very gradually) feel more and more attached to the other
