Thatβs exactly what I thought. Usually, in some manhwas, they just completely flip the male lead's personality, and you end up with an obsessive guy who, despite that, still "cares" about the protagonist and it never gets bad or dangerous for the MC. But in reality, thatβs how abuse happens, and people like that don't usually change for real. Don't get me wrong, at the end of the day, this is a BL, so the abuse will be downplayed and theyβll end up together, but for a moment it's showing how things are in real life.
Some people say this is a sudden twist on the story but ML has been toxic since the very first season. That's just how manipulative people are. He doesn't seem aggressive or violento towards his partner on a day to day basis. But when something really doesn't go his way then he finally shows his true colors and intentions. Taeseo is not the same as Ahjussi
