I know he’s broken and has been for awhile but Baekhee come on this dude is not that important he’s not that powerful. He’s the rich kid in a very poor town which doesn’t say much. Any “power” he has almost certainly stops at his own self. He can cover anything for you and the way he lords over you he likely never intends to. I wish you could see.

The power to leave doesn’t lie with this bastard nor even Yang Il Woo. The power is and will alway be inside of you. You’ve just got to be brave enough to look for it. I hope he can, that only way he and Ill woo will have a shot at making out of all this.

So glad this is back I can’t wait to see where this goes!

Yeah... But Baekhee was feeling comfortable and happy with himself when he was with Yang Ilwoo—he associates Ilwoo with stability. When he’s alone again, he’s still insecure and indecisive. He’s been ignoring his problems up until now, he never opened up about his father’s impending return or the huge issue that is that white-haired asshole. So, he was facing the reality right now. I think that in some future chapter, Baekhee will finally confront the situation—he’ll do something bold—but not just yet; I’m talking about the kind of action or dialogue that proves he’s finally cut ties with the white-haired guy. Now that would be a step forward for his character.
