Kid is not his, it's his younger sibling. Their mom has business in the USA, so he takes care of him most of the time. The kid just likes to call him dad, since he doesn't have one (at least not present in his life).

At first I was frustrated with Seoyun, bc he was kinda mean and vengeful for little to no reason and also he was writing a novel all by himself. Cause who said he was married? who said his wife died? Why are you running to all these assumptions... Even when he heard hyeonwoo's mom is in the usa, he was like "oh they just said that, she must be dead" LIKE NO BRO SHES IN THE STATES. WHATS WRONG WITH YOUR COMPREHENSION SKILLS?? OMGGGG. But then Hyeon started pissing me off too. I started understanding Seoyun. He really confessed his feelings to his friend, had sex with him and then blocked him... bro... You didn't have sex by yourself. Why would you just ghost your friend or anyone just like that. But okay you wanted to move on. WHY DID YOU CUT HIM OFF AGAIN WITHOUT SAYING ANYTHING. and then he tried to do it AGAIN. LIKE UGH. Anyway, now that they're together I hope they calm down and learn to fucking communicate (I'm on ch 35).
