Damn, finished it one day!! What a read... there was no moment where I didn't laugh. Jiwon is just hilarious, his unserious personality, plus Hyeon's childishness makes the story lighten up in a funny way.
First of, I see some comments saying that they dislike how childish Hyeon is (seme). Knowing his stubborn nature and have the potential to be obsessed over one thing is really draining not gonna lie. One thing I noticed is that he easily gets attach to someone, and I mean EASILY GETS ATTACH. Considering his ex was so fed up with his tendency to be obsess in sending so many texts, I can get why he left him. I mean, dude, they only knew each other for 2 months! And I know it's hard to move on in a relationship, but that brief months is like not worth crying over in my opinion.... really. Plus, they barely know each other which is also one thing too. And I agree on what Jiwon said, Hyeon likes him because he was "present" when he was feeling lonely.
It's clear that from the beginning, Jiwon was only there for the fun and have no interest to be in a relationship. Not after with what happened to him and that sunbae. So yeah, I liked the part that Jiwon became honest and told Hyeon his side. Even though I finished s1, I still feel like Jiwon's not taking this relationship seriously... but we'll see in the next season. And lastly, that sunbae, idk man... I feel like I've encountered so many characters like him that are obviously have a thing for the mc but would likely play around for a bit. Taking a partner and yet still seek attention from mc. It's clear that they're only doing it for formality or it's a family pressure to marry a woman, but actually want someone else entirely. Because that scene he offered Jiwon to go to America to do some business, it felt like he wanted to just run away with Jiwon and leave everything behind. Because the situations not groing in his favor for Jiwon to come to him.
I think this is long enough. That was a good read indeed.
