I love how relatable this story is. So refreshing there's no CEO boyfriend to snap his fingers and make things easy, or a rich millionaire who can solves everything with money. Watching them struggle on their own and together was really heartbreaking because we have all had struggles and low points, and I'm so glad I had those experiences and I'm glad they learned to love those old and hard moments too.
My two issues: the need to have jealousy. To make someone "happy" that their lover was jealous. I hate it. Jealously always ate me alive and I never found it charming or cute, if it was me or someone else was going through it. Second, the hitting. Slapping the face. The kicking. The slapping of arms. I dunno, as someone who went through the violence from someone else, I'm surprised MC is so okay to do that to his partner? And it doesn't matter if they are both men, or if others don't consider this as "violence" I really didn't like it or how constant it was.
