am i missing something? this is one of the first fantasy gl’s im reading but i don’t understand the high ratings.
at chapter 20 right now. the main chracter is apolitical and the love interest is classist?? their best friend is in an incestuous relationship (secret and frowned upon)?? looking at the comments, it seems like there are even more problematic themes.
is this the benchmark for fantasy gl’s? also serious question: was this written by a woman?
