Depends from story to story, in some they can change their lower parts and impregnate someone. While the omega women can get pregnant, but also have pheromones age can bond with alphas

Yeah, depends of the author but in some works an alpha female can impregnate an omega, even an omega male (so the pregnant one would be him not her).
An omega female has heats and can bond with someone (including alpha females).

Well, she could still have kids without the omega part. But the most troubling is alpha female? She can't impregnate anyone so what, she's just charismatic? I get that they can still form a pair but other than that I struggle to understand the concept
