Help finding pls!

Does anyone know the title of this bl manga where the seme and uke are friends and they're about to rent a room in an apartment building/ inn?? (not sure) but they're short on cash or maybe just the price was expensive so when they found out there's a special discount for couple they decided to act as a couple and they do sorts of things just to make their couple act believable.

I remember a chap where their friends visited and their drinking and all and then they were asked to show them how they managed to make their act believable and so this two fools went to the other room and was just trying to act but they did it, the friends are so clueless thinking The moaning was just an act in truth it's not the case The landlady is an elderly together with her husband.
