Its been a minute since i read the novel so other novel readers feel free to correct me.

Next few scenes will be intense. There will be a chasing scene and mc will basically be threatened and blackmailed to come back to ml because ml is about to harm others. Ml then traps mc in a hotel and rapes mc, but mc thinks about how his whole body rejected his friend's advances but doesn't reject ml and mc realizes that even though ml treats him terribly and rapes him, he's still in love with ml and feels some sense of security that ml never gave up looking for him.

Mc gets really sick between being raped and refusing to eat and ml eventually realizes he also loves mc and he should treat him more kindly. Eventually when mc gets better ml buys him a house for him and his grandma and gives him space (he never intends to leave mc; just gives him space. He plans on marrying mc if i remember correctly). Mc is adament he doesnt want anything to do with ml at this point but still regretably loves him. Mc's grandma gets more sick suddenly and while at the hospital there is something that happens where the hospital staff say they cant treat his grandma and she'll have to be transferred somewhere else even though she needs emergency surgery (like some big shot like the hospital director was in an accident and because of his importance he gets priority over other patients because theyre short staffed). This is basically a death sentence for mc's grandma so mc begs ml to help him and ml takes care of it all. Grandma has her surgery and is fine and mc is so thankful he realizes ml might be bad but he is good to him when he needs it.

Ml moves mc and his grandma into his family home (this was alluded to in the chapters before mc ran away when ml is talking to him mom). Ml hires nursing staff to help grandma get stronger and recover. Mc is so thankful and accepts that he is in love with mc. Mc goes to ml and initiates sex and confesses and ml promises to take care of him. Idr if ml ever apologizes (not that a simple apology would make anything better) but i do think he apologizes for raping mc. Thats basically the ending.

I read another novel similar to this plot so lemme know if I am confusing plot points
