Hmmm I had to go back and check and I'm not sure that I agree for this one. He still looks largely the same to me, I think the primary difference is 1. Lighting and 2. The expressions, in the beginning he was much more of a serious and cold uke, but as the past is being revealed to him he's becoming much more emotive and vulnerable which is maybe making him look a bit more twinky because it's not what his character was originally and we're not used to seeing it, but I think it makes a lot of sense plot wise. (Some people might still call this "twinkification" but imo, nah, twinkification is straight up changing the character design to be smaller and more effeminate.) Interestingly I'm noticing them doing the same with the seme too, it's like they're putting a little bit of the style from their past selves into their current selves, with the dramatic lighting and certain characteristics (those especially sharp bright golden eyes of the seme, for example.) Rather interesting to see actually.
Hey I can definitely see what youre getting at but imo there is at the very least a noticeable difference (seen in both the uke and the seme) in strictly their looks since the start of the manhwa, with the facial proportions and overall body shape of the uke being one of them. Sure maybe its not a complete 180 where they arent identifiable anymore but like most things its a spectrum and its hard not to notice the difference. I too dont regard "twinkification" as anything to do with their actions or personality just fyi, I love the story and the characters I just wish the artstyle remained consistent to how they were at the start
