Innocent Wind. It explores all the ugliness of the human condition thru fmc's journey when she discovers her bf and friend slept with each other, and all her friends knew. fmc gets plastic surgery and forces herself to be a femme fatale to get revenge on them. fmc becomes manipulative and a gaslighter and not particularly likeable, but it's an entertaining, relatively short read
I need a manipulative female lead. She doesn't have to be evil or what note just manipulative with a hidden agenda.
